Honourable Gary Doer, Premier of Manitoba:

Meditation Lake is a cherished destination for Whiteshell Provincial park users. It is one of only a handful of walk-in lakes, and located in one of the few roadless regions in an overly developed park. In addition, the health of the lake is in question.

Opinion

In My Opinion I do not support development at Meditation Lake. The lake should remain as a remote access-lake. Intensive research observations should be conducted at this lake to learn more of the troubling algae blooms occurring in Manitoba. In addition, THERE SHOULD BE NO SECRET PARK DEVELOPMENTS AHEAD OF PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS!

or

I do support development at Meditation Lake. It is okay to put a private camp at the lake. I’m not concerned about the water quality. I’m okay with park development ahead of public consultation.

Please register my opinion and let me know where you stand on this issue.
